The partnership with Zoom will enhance the Maintel service offering, further broadening the ways in which they can help customers on their digital transformation journey. Under the partnership Maintel and Zoom will also launch an exciting new hybrid cloud service, enhancing the Companyโs existing UC Private Cloud+ offering. This service will deliver private cloud-based communications with enhanced, AI-powered collaboration and hybrid working functionality provided by Zoomโs cutting-edge platform, helping customers support their regulatory and operational requirements.
Maintel and Zoom will offer hybrid solutions, which will enable businesses to unlock the full potential of AI-powered collaboration, enterprise telephony, and customer experience innovation. These include:
- Zoom Collaboration – providing businesses with the tools they need to enable hybrid working, enhanced productivity, in-room solutions and improve team communication.
- Zoom Phone – fully managed Zoom Phone solution, enabling businesses to replace legacy phone systems with a modern, flexible, and cost-effective communication platform.
- Zoom Contact Centre – fully managed Zoom Contact Centre solution, empowering businesses to enhance their customer service with AI-driven insights, automated workflows, and real-time analytics.
The integration of Zoom with Maintelโs UC Private Cloud+ offering is expected to be available during Spring 2025. These solutions are delivered as one unified platform, underpinned by Maintelโs carrier-grade SIP connectivity and core network, to meet the demand for a highly reliable, high-quality, and flexible communications service.
The partnership further supports Maintelโs approach to delivering value for customers and broader stakeholders, through its partnerships with selected world-class technology companies to deliver unmatched communications solutions that transform public and private sector organisations.
