Maintel, a leading provider of cloud communications, connectivity and security managed services, is pleased to announce the appointment of Rachel Cox as its new Chief People Officer.
Rachel brings a wealth of HR and leadership experience across a range of sectors, including Technology and Managed Services. Rachel joins Maintel from Low Carbon Contracts Company, in the Renewable Energy space, where she was Chief People Officer, prior to which she led the People agenda at Liberis, a global FinTech company. Rachel’s earlier career was spent in large global organisations where she led large-scale transformation programmes and held specialist roles in Talent and Reward.
Rachel joins Maintel at a pivotal time in its ongoing business transformation, in which the Company has been working to strengthen its senior leadership and enhance the broader expertise of the operational board. The continued development of its people offering, approach to nurturing talent and building a people-led culture remains a key part of Maintel’s long term strategy.
Within her role as Chief People Officer, Rachel will be focused on development of the people strategy and our leadership and talent programmes.
Rachel is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, a member of the Strategic Advisory Board at Loughborough University Business School and a Trustee of British Youth Music Theatre.
