Cavell’s work combines extensive industry interviews and surveys with enterprise studies and their Channel Insight service to help their clients understand how the market is evolving and adapting and the best strategies for success

John Jackson
Head of Product- Maintel
John leads the Product and Proposition Team in Maintel, ensuring we have the best portfolio to meet our customers ever-increasing demands for solid and innovative products and services.
He has 25 years’ experience in the telecommunications space working for both vendors like Nortel and Avaya and channels such as Vodafone and Dimension Data (NTT).

Elliott Thompson
UCaaS, CCaaS & Teams Voice Sales Specialist – Gamma
Elliott has worked in Telecoms for 20+ years primarily as a Telecoms Manager, previously responsible for 999 and 111 critical voice infrastructure at Yorkshire Ambulance Service for 10 years.
Lots of experience of many platforms from Meridian, Nortel, Avaya, Cisco, ISDX, Panasonic, Mitel and the like. Spent time at a large Gamma partner before moving to a CCaaS provider as a sales specialist and finally moved to Gamma 3 years ago to support partners with the Horizon Contact product but now supporting across most of the Gamma portfolio.
