Unified Collaboration & Hybrid Work – Unlocking the Next Five Years
AI Strategy. Practical Workshops.
Real-world results.
Five years since a global pandemic fundamentally reshaped the workplace, the time is right to explore where we are and where we must go next.
This half day event will bring together business leaders, IT strategists, and workplace experts, with heavyweight thought leadership from Maintel and Zoom.
Together, we’ll unpack the evolution of unified communication, hybrid work, AI-powered collaboration, and the changing needs of today’s workforce.
Be Inspired and learn from the best

Although he has a degree in philosophy and theology, he has worked in the technology sector for over 13 years, originally in b2b tech PR but moving to become a Cavell analyst in 2019.

Paul Elmore
Drawing on nearly two decades of experience in the unified communications and I.T. industry, Paul Elmore is a forward-thinking product leader. With a technical background in design and engineering, he navigates the complexities of the market to facilitate digital transformation.

Praise for
Maintel’s AI Workshop
The future of connected experiences is exactly the kind of event our industry needs right now. Practical,
thought-provoking and focused on real outcomes. It brings together the best of CX, AI and digital transformation, helping businesses and organisations move from strategy to action. The Maintel and Zoom partnership has created a space where ideas can turn into impact.
So I thoroughly enjoyed it. I think it’s something that I’m spending time myself investing in trying to understand my knowledge and I think every time I come to an event like this I’m learning more and more and more. I thoroughly recommend everybody do the same and if you ever do get a chance to talk to Maintel and Zoom around what they’re doing for AI, I think you’d be well served.
Events like this are essential for bridging the gap between emerging technologies and just the everyday customer experience. And MainTel and Zoom have done a brilliant job creating a forum where leaders can openly explore how AI and connected strategies are shaping the future of work and service.
